This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The Mermaid is ready to welcome guests to its five bedrooms. With four-and-one-half baths, there is no need to worry about accommodating such a large group when it comes to morning routines and shower times. Flatscreen TVs each with a DVD player, allow everyone in the group to watch what they want on TV without compromise as there is a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen is nicely furnished with cookware, dishes and utensils so whether you are just in the kitchen to play bartender and keep the cold drinks flowing or if you are the chef preparing a culinary masterpiece, everything you need is at your fingertips.

We rented this beautiful home for a week with our whole adult family. The house is in a great location with plenty of parking for our 3 cars. It was great having beach access right from the back door/patio. We really enjoyed having the pool although it looks bigger in the pictures on the website. The pool deck is roomy and has lots of seating. The different balconies were really nice.
Elliott Realty was easy to work with. we had a great time. We will definitely be back to visit again.
