This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.

Flatscreen TVs are located in the rental house for those times you prefer catching the latest episode of your favorite show or streaming a movie inside over soaking up some vitamin D outside. The ceiling fans are great for circulating the central heat and air movement for a comfortable feel across the interior space.
