This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Coconut Cottage is an eight bedroom, eight and one half bath luxury beach house. There are four oceanfront master bedrooms and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The well equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The gas grill is a delicious addition as well. There is also a washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your last minute vacation.

Coconut Cottage was a great place for our group of 14 former college teammates. The place was clean and spacious. Pretty well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable for the most part, a few were too soft, but overall good. The elevator was helpful since we are “mature adults, so taking luggage and supplies in the elevator was great. Plus, we had some people with mobility issues. Would definitely look in to staying here again!
