This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Pros: spacious areas. Cons: The hot tub was not working and one of the key pads doesn’t work.
Had a wonderful Christmas with our family!...The house worked well & the kids loved the hot tub & pool ..it was great to be right on the beach!... great sunrises and sunsets ..Be sure to bring all your paper supplies with you including toilet paper
Excellent outdoor pool and patio area w/ two hot tubs and putting green. Adequate number of inside bedrooms and baths.
